It is not a hotel, but an apartment. Cleaning is only once a week. Apartment is fully equipped. A shop for breakfast is just across the street (1 min walking). Towards the shopping center there are a lot of restaurants to have dinner. (Approx 7 min walking)
The trip to the city was further then expected. It is about 15 min walking to the metro station (crystal city). From there it is 10-15 min with the metro into the city depending where you have to go. The complete trip takes 15+15=30 min. Despite the distance we can recommend this apartment and would definitely stay here again.

It is like a nice apartment rather than hotel. Nice furnishings.

The location was close to the Metro station and was convenient for walking to tons of restaurants and shopping. The room was spotless and modern and very comfortable for the three of us. The staff was very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay.

I absolutely enjoyed my 2 week stay at the Crystal Quarters in Crystal City, VA. I wish I could live there forever!! My apartment was on the 16th floor and I had a wonderful few of the skyline of Washington, DC. The location and proximity to my job, shopping and restuarants was very convenient. I would recommend these apartments to anyone looking for temporary housing while in transit or whatever reason. The decor and amenities are outstanding.

I loved how spacious it was, conveninece to the city, very safe and nice neighbourhood. It felt like i was home away from home. Internet was great - since i was working from that location it made my life very easy.... Really loved it ... Thanks a mil!!
The sheets had mould on them, the comforter on the bed could have been a bit heavier also the one on there was very light. The most dissapointing thing was the cleaning lady that knocked on our door real early she then came back at twelve when she came around i asked her for 10 minutes so i can take my luggage out and she had so much attitude - i believe she could have been more professional on the matter.

The room was very spacious and the separate 'master bedroom' made our stay much more enjoyable. The kitchenette was perfect and allowed for us to have some meals in our room. The pool and gym areas were great. I appreciated that you had a lifeguard on duty. The gym being open 24 hours allowed us to work out whenever we wanted. It was a wonderful stay for our family. Thank you.
It would have been nice if the hotel had some oversight over the parking validations/payments etc. We received a validation for one day, but when we left the parking lot, we were required to pay and, because it was early in the morning on the weekend, there was no one available to assist us. The person at the counter could offer no assistance on this. The only other thing was the lack of soap, shampoos and such. There was only enough in our room for one or two people to take one shower.
